Your onsite general manager and chef can assist you with the majority of dietary restrictions for food allergies, celiac disease, and other medical conditions. Please get in touch with them prior to the start of school and make sure there’s a plan in place for you. 

If you have additional questions about your special diet, or would feel more comfortable sharing your medical details with a health professional, we have a registered dietitian for you to speak with.

Brooke is a Registered Dietitian who is focused on integrating nutrition and expanding dining services to be more inclusive and sensitive of students with special dietary needs.
